Once upon a time, I made a wish that God would give me a friend. I had no idea of what a wonderful God we have until he sent me you.

When I first saw your picture you captured my heart. You needed someone to love you can I was glad to volunteer. You taught me how to love someone unconditionally.

When I first met you face to face you grabbed on to me with your legs, it was almost as you were begging me to take you away from the abusive environment you were in, so I took you away. We did everything together. You were my sleeping buddy for the longest time. I remember all those times you made me angry and happy, but also the times you were always there to comfort. You always gave me a reason to smile.

You kept me company until my future husband came, but he loved you too. We made so many plans with you being around after we got married, but you got sick. I did everything to rush you back to health, but God decided that he wanted you back home with him, so he took you and relieved you of all your sicknesses.

I was sad and I thought I could never move on, but it is your memory that keeps me going because of how much you loved me and how much I loved you. You were my best friend, but when you left me, you left me with one of the best companions you could of , my husband.

I love you Max and I will always love you. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think of you. I look forward though one day that I will cross the Rainbow Bridge with you and then we will never be apart again.
